1/3 cup Hellmann's Dijonnaise cream mustard blend
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs (coarsely chopped)
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 lbs. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (5 cups)

Directions:

In large bowl combine creamy mustard blend, mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add potatoes and eggs - toss gently to coat well. Serve immediately or cover and hill up to 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
