1 c unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 c dry sherry
2 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tp 6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
Pour over chops in shallow pan. Refrigerate overnight, turning chops occasionally.
Remove chops from refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature.
Broil or grill the chops 10-12 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
Boil the marinade to reduce to a syrup and use as a sauce.
