8 hens
2 - cups cooked wild rice
2 - cups cooked brown rice
1 - cup white seedless grapes, halved
1/3 - cup slivered blanched almonds
1 1/2 - cup butter
1/2 - cup bourbon
1 1/2 - teaspoon salt
1/4 - teaspoon black pepper
1/2 - cup red currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the rice, grapes and almonds and stuff the cavities. Combine the salt, pepper, butter, and bourbon and brush the hens. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cook the currant jelly over medium heat, baste the hens and cook an additional 15 minutes or until done.
