Whole chicken, cooked, boned and chunked
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. Velvetta cheese, chunked
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 small bag Doritos (plain or Nacho Cheese)

In medium saucepan, mix together Rotel tomatoes, mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion, Velveeta and cheddar cheese. Cook over medium-high heat until cheese is melted.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with vegetable spray. Mildly crush the Doritos. Layer Doritos in the bottom of pan, layer chicken, then pour 1/2 of cheese mixture over top. Repeat layers. Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes, until it starts to brown.
