½ - cup dry white wine
¼ - cup olive oil
¼ - cup chopped fresh basil
2 - cloves of garlic minced
Dash of hot sauce
4 - Chicken Breast halves, skinned and de-boned

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, oil, basil, garlic, hot sauce in a 8 inch square dish. Add the chicken, cover and marinade for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and reserve the marinade. Let the chicken stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and turn chicken. Brush with the reserved marinade. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

Note: The chicken may be grilled 5 inches above hot coals for 5 minutes, turn and brushed with the reserved marinade and grilled for 5 minutes more. Serves 4.
