Mix a small amount of your choice of fruits.
We usually use just whatever fruit we have on hand.
Ex.
Handful of seedless Grapes (red or green)
1 banana sliced
1 apple chopped
1 c. of Yogurt ( plain or flavored )

This is a quick simple snack or breakfast and is wonderful in the hot summertime.

You can make 1 serving or keep adding to make more.

Mix fruit and yogurt together, for a cold, smooth and fruity treat.
