12 slices white bread
12 slices processed cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. diced fully cooked ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 T. instant minced onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Remove bread crust - place bread in bottom of
9x13" pan baking dish. Layer cheese, broccoli and ham over bread. Combine eggs, milk, onion and 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour over bread. Cover, refrigerate 6 or more hours. Bake uncovered at 325º for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes prior to cutting.
