3 lg eggs 1/4c cocoa
1c sugar 1c flour
1/3c water 1t baking powder
1t vanilla 1/4t salt
Vanilla ice cream or any flavor.

Directions:
In a small mixer bowl,beat eggs until very thick. Gradually beat in sugar on very low speed,blend in water and vanilla.On low speed, slowly mix in cocoa,flour,baking powder and salt.Pour mixture into a 15 x10 jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake 12 mins. at 375 or until top springs back when lightly touched. Loosen edges and immediately turn upside down on a towel sprinkled with powder sugar. Carefully remove paper. While cake is hot, roll cake and towel from narrow end. Cool on wire rack. Unroll cake, remove towel and spread ice cream.Roll it again and freeze.
