64 oz. pork and beans, drained
1/4 lb. pork from pork steak or chops
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. BBQ sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. celery seed
4 T. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook pork and chunk the meat. Drain pork and beans. In large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Pour into large greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Stir, then bake another 30 minutes to 1 hour, until desired thickness is reached.

We usually use KC Masterpiece original or mesquite flavor BBQ sauce when we make these.
