2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1-1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1 15-oz can creamed style corn
1 15-oz can kernel corn
1 small jar roasted red peppers (pimientos)
1 Large canister French Fried Onions
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in a large NON-STICK saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour, stirring constantly.

Gradually stir in milk. Add creamed corn, kernel corn, and roasted red peppers. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 4 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring often.

Add the chilies, the cheese, and 2/3 of the French Fried Onions. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended. Serve in bowls. Sprinkle with remaining French Fried Onions.
