1/4 Cup Key Lime Juice (or bottled lime or lemon juice)
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1 8-oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2/3 cup sugar
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:

On lowest setting of a mixer, beat cream cheese, then add sugar and beat, then add juice and beat until smooth.

Gently fold in whipped topping (DO NOT USE THE MIXER).

Spoon into graham cracker crust and smooth out. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Top with additional whipped topping, if desired.
