2 lbs. ground beef, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 med. onion chopped, 1/1/4 C. milk, 1 C cracker crumbs. 1 egg beaten, 1 T vinegar, 2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. sugar.

Dip hands in water, form balls of meat and roll in flour. Brown and put in greased cake pan and bake about 1 hour. Make white gravy or B.Q. sauce and cover and heat.
