12 hard boiled eggs
6 egg yokes
1/4 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayan pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil eggs and let cool under cold water. Remove shell and cut eggs in half keeping 6 of the 12 egg yokes. Mix together egg yokes and remaining ingredients then spoon back into egg whites.
