1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 - 16 ounce tube of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (Hot or Regular) browned and drained
1 tube of prepared refrigerator biscuits OR
6 toasted English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat in a medium saucepan. Blot with a paper towel. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir until flour is dissolved. Pour in milk and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Serve hot over refrigerator biscuits that have been baked according to instructions or toasted English muffins.

Jimmy Dean makes a Hot Pork Sausage in a tube (breakfast sausage) that is good if you like a little more heat. This is great over toasted English muffins. This recipe could not be simpler.
