4 large green bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
14.5 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cut the tops off the peppers, and remove seeds and membranes. Put peppers in baking dish in 1" of water , cover with lid or plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat over to 350º.
In a large skillet, brown the beef and onions. Drain off excess fat. Stir in the seasonings, Worcestershire sac, tomato sauce, and cooked rice, and heat through; then remove from heat. Stuff each pepper with the beef-rice mixture, and place peppers open side up in a greased baking dish. If there is excess mixture, put it in dish around bottom of peppers.
Cover, bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top; bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes (until cheese is melted).

For variety we substitute the tomato sauce with a can of flavored diced tomatoes, or we use a packet of the Knorr beef flavored rice instead of plain rice.
