1 each orange, yellow, and red bell pepper cut into strips
1 small onion cut into strips
1 lb well trimmed boneless beef sirlion cut into strips
2 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp lite soy sauce
3 tbsp hosin (chinese bbq sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 3 tbsp hosin, 3 tbsp lite soy and the 2 cloves of garlic minced togther. (If you have time marite with the sliced steak over night) If not marinate for as long as you can before cooking.

Heat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium high heat. Add bell peppers and onions; cook and stri until vegtiables are crisp tender. Transfer to a large bowl keep warm.

Add meat mixture cook until the meat is done, add the peppers and onions back to bowl to coat and warm through.

Serve over rice.
