6 slices fresh white bread, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 sticks marg.
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (1lb; 4 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over bread cubes, in a small bowl & let soak. Cream butter & sugar, add eggs; beat well. Fold pineapple and bread mixture into creamed mixture. Pour into buttered 7x11x2 in. dish. Bake 1 hr. at 325º or until lightly browned.
