7.5 oz package Kraft Mac and Cheese
2 small cans Hormel chunk-style ham, drained and broken
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. sliced green onions or chopped white onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices soft bread, crust removed, torn into pieces
2 T. parmesan cheese
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mac and cheese mix according to package directions. Stir in ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, and mustard. Put in 2 quart casserole. Tear bread pieces. Dip in melted butter and place on top of casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
