1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak (have meat run through a tenderizer 3 times at meat counter)
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes (do not drain)
1/4 c. sliced onion
Dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak with meat hammer with flour, salt and pepper. Cut meat into serving size pieces. In large skillet, brown steak in margarine. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer on stove-top for 1 1/2 hours, stirring often OR cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
