Rotini (1 paquet, 16 oz)

6 tasses de lait

3 cuillères à thé de fécule de maïs

3/4 cuillère à thé de sel

1/8 cuillère à thé de muscade moulue

1/2 tasse de parmesan râpé

250 g de cheddar râpé (2 tasses)

Directions:
1. Préchauffer le four à 375º F.

2. Faire cuire les pâtes.

3. Mélanger lait, fécule de maïs, sel et muscade. Chauffer en fouettant fréquemment. Porter à ébullition et faire bouillir pendant une minute en fouettant constamment.

4. Retirer du feu, ajouter le parmesan en fouettant.

5. Poser les pâtes cuites dans un plat allant au four, ajouter la sauce et mélanger.

6. Parsemer du cheddar râpé.

7. Cuire au four pendant 25 minutes.
