1 pastry crust (homemade or store bought)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. All-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 c. thinly sliced apples (Golden delicious & Fuji)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add apples and gently toss until apples are coated. Transfer apples to pie pan with heaping amount to the center.

Crumb Topping:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. quick rolled oats
3/4 c. butter

Stir together brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Cut in the butter until topping is mixed well. Topping will be thick and sticky. Drop topping by the spoonfuls over the apples and spread until top is covered. Place pie on a cookie sheet. Cover the edges of the pie with aluminum foil (shiny side out).
Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 25-30 minutes.
Remove pie from oven.

Sprinkle pie with the following:
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drizzle the following over pie:
1/4 c. caramel topping
