2 3/4 tasses de crème 35%

1 c. à soupe de zeste d'orange

6 jaunes d'oeufs

2/3 de tasse de sucre granulé

1/8 de tasse de sirop d'érable

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dans un casserole, infuser la crème et le zeste.

2. Porter à ébullition.

3. Dans un plat, blanchir les oeufs et le sucre.

4. Verser la crème sur les oeufs, remuer. Cuire jusqu'à épaississement.

5. Verser dans des ramequins. Porter au froid.

6. Avant de servir, ajouter de la cassonade sur le dessus et brûler à la torche ou à Broil.
