2 bunches of Italian or Canadian parsley, cleaned and finely chopped

2 medium tomatos, diced

1/2 bunch of green mint, cleaned and finely chopped

4 green shallots, cleaned and finely chopped

1/3 cup of fine bulgur

1/4 cup of olive oil

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Lemon juice (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss tomatoes and shallots in large bowl and incorporate salt, pepper and lemon juice to your taste.

2. Toss parsley, mint and bulgur to the same bowl until all ingredients are well mixed.

3. Add olive oil and mix one last time.
