24 fresh snow peas (we like those that are not too flat)
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 T. mango chutney (we usually use more)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and remove strings from peas. Finely chop the peanuts. Mix cream cheese, chutney, and curry together. Spread a small amount of the cheese mix on one end of each snow pea (both sides). Dip each end in the peanuts to coat.
