2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 c cold water
3 - 4 medium potatoes
grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp onion salt or fry finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes & then mash them. Add grated cheese(enough to make it a orange color) and onion salt. Let cool!
Roll out the dough to about 1/4" thick, cut out circles with a glass dipped in flour (about 2-3" diameter) Put about 1 tbsp of filling in the dough circle, bring edges together and pinch to form a 1/2 moon. To cook, put in boiling salted water. They are cooked when they float to the top.
