1 c cheese whiz
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp butter
small onion chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1 crown broccoli partially cooked
2 c water
1 cup long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the water & rice for 20 min. Saute the onion & garlic in the butter. Mix together the cheese whiz & mushroom soup. Cut up the broccoli & only partially cook the broccoli in a pot with some water. Drain the broccoli & then mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Grease an 8 X 8 pan & pour the mixed ingredients in the pan. Bake at 350ºF for 40 min.
