Bake potatoes @ 400 F for approx 1 1/2 hours until fully cooked. Scoop out potatoes leaving about 1" of potato around sides. Mash potatoes alittle, then mix with green onions, butter or bacon. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake again until melted
