3 tasses de sirop d’érable

1 1/2 tasse d’eau (12 onces)

2 onces de beurre doux

1/4 c. à thé de sel

2/3 de tasse de fécule de maïs délayée dans
1 tasse d’eau froide

1. Cuire sur un PETIT ROND à feu vif et brasser sans arrêt avec un fouet jusqu’à ébullition.

2. Cuire les fonds de tarte à l’avance.
Verser la préparation dans la pâte cuite.

3. Garnir de noix hachées et ajouter de la crème fouettée tout autour.
