1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup milk
1 cup ice cold water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash with a fork on a piece of waxed paper 1 large ripe banana. Put into a jar or pitcher (large enough to hold 3 or 4 cups) milk; stir in water, sugar and vanilla. Add mashed banana & mix well. Serve cold, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
