2 c. All-purpose or white whole-wheat flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. Sugar (course Turbanado or white granulated)
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup softened butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup plain yogurt
½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat Oven to 400º f.
• Sift dry ingredients together
• Work in butter with knife
• Beat eggs, and reserve 1 tbsp. (to brush on top)
• Mix eggs, yogurt and raisins together
• Add flour mixture and mix until just blended.
• Dust a baking sheet lightly with flour and pat dough into an 8 x 8 square on the sheet
• Dived into squares and cut into triangles
• Brush with reserved egg
• Sprinkle with course granulated sugar
• Bake for 10 minutes
