3/4 tasse de beurre

3/4 tasse de sucre ou de cassonade

3 oeufs

1/3 tasse de lait

1/2 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude

1 1/2 tasse de farine

2 tasses de gruau

1 1/2 tasse de raisins secs

1 c. à thé de cannelle

1/4 c. à thé de sel

1. Préchauffer le four à 375º F.

2. Faire ramollir le beurre. Y ajouter les oeufs et le lait.

3. Mélanger les ingrédients secs: sucre, farine, bicarbonate de soude, gruau, cannelle et sel.

4. Ajouter les ingrédients liquides aux ingrédients secs.

5. Beurrer une tôle à biscuits et y déposer le mélange (environ 1 1/2 c. à soupe par biscuit).

6. Mettre au four pendant 15-17 minutes.

7. Laisser refroidir et savourer avec un bon verre de lait froid! :)
