2 avocados

1 cup medium-sized shrimps, cleaned, washed and boiled

4 tbs of mayonnaise

4 tbs of ketchup

Few drops of Tabasco sauce

2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce

1 tbs of fresh cream

1/2 tbs of mustard

1 tbs of lemon juice

Pinch of white pepper

1 avocado, peeled and diced

4 jumbo shrimps, boiled for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
1. Halve the avocados, remove the core and brush with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

2. Blend together the mayo, Ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, fresh cream, mustard, lemon juice and white pepper.

3. Combine the shrimps and diced avocado mix with the above sauce.

4. Fill the halved avocados with shrimp-avocado mixture.

5. Decorate with the jumbo shrimps and serve!
