5 1/2 C flour, 2 C. hot milk, 1/4# margarine, 2 T. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 C mashed potatoes, 3 beaten eggs, 1/4 C milk

Directions:
Add milk mixture to flour. Stir well, Let cool, Then add 2 C mashed potatoes. Let stand 1 hour
Roll out thin. Bake at 500 a min. or 2 on lefse or electric grill. Have ready 3 beaten eggs to which you have added 1/4 C. milk. Brush on lefse. Bake until dry. Turn over and finish baking.
When you want to serve this, lay the pieces between damp dish towels to soften. The baked lefse will keep for weeks.
