2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp cocoanut flavor
1/2 c. butter 3 c. Biscuit mix
3 eggs lightly beaten 3 c. mashed potato flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flavor, mix well. Add biscuit mix and potato flakes, mix well.. Drop by round teaspoons 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350ºF for 11 min or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 min. before moving to wire rack.
