2-3 lb. beef roast
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 bell pepper cut in large pieces
1 onion cut in large pieces
1 carrot, cut in large pieces
1 stalk celery cut in large pieces
1/2 tsp. red chili pepper seeds
1 can jalapeno chilis (optional)
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in Crock pot and add rest of ingredients. Cook all day on low. Or put in a pot and cook over medium low heat for 3-4 hours. Remove meat and shred. Discard all but 1/2 cup of the juice. Add this juice to the shredded meat.
