8 Bananas,
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar,
1 Cup White Rum,
2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter,
1 Tsp Cinnamon,
Vanilla Ice Cream,
8 8inch Squares of Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 banana into pieces and place on foil, add 2 tbls of brown sugar, 2 tbls of rum, 2 tbls of butter and sprinkle cinnamon and fold over foil and crimp the edges. Prepare this 1 hour before serving. Take each packet and put on grill and grill about 5 minutes or until sugar, rum and butter are boiling. Open packet and pour over vanilla ice cream.
