2-30 oz. cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
TOPPING:
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups brown sugar
6 T. butter
2/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and butter. Mix well and pour into greased baking dish. Blend topping ingredients together until crumbly. Place topping over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until topping has browned.
