Ingredients:  
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 cup sugar
1tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with water until fluffy. Fold pecans into egg whites until well coated. Mix cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Fold coated pecans into sugar mix. Bake on a cookie sheet at 250º for 1 hour. Cool and serve. Store in an airtight container.
