1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. 12 oz. wide noodles
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 15oz. Cheez Whiz (you can use 1/2 jar jalapeño cheez whiz and 1/2 of a regular Cheez Whiz)-for a more spicy taste
3 cans 7oz. Tuna
slivered almonds

Pre-heat oven 425º.
Prepare vegetables. Cook noodles. Stir milk in soup--add Cheez Whiz, slowly to melt. Mix vegetables, noodles, pimentos, tuna and mayo. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into greased casserole- top with almonds. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and brown for 10 minutes more--till bubbly.
Use 2 -(1 1/2 quart) casserole dishes or 1 large( 3 quart) casserole dish.
