1 Can Peach Nectar
3 Sprigs of Rosemary
5 Tbl Spice Rub
1 Whole Chicken
2 Tbl Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, remove giblets and dry with paper towel. Rub 1 tbl of spice rub inside the chicken, put Rosemary inside the can of peach nectar, coat chicken with olive oil and rub remaining spice rub on the outside of chicken. Stand chicken up and put over the open can of peach nectar so chicken is standing upright. Bring the legs forward. Pre heat the grill on high and then turn down to medium and place the chicken in the center of the grill. Cook for 1 hour. If skin begins to get too brown, cover with a foil tent until done
