4oz Yogurt (optional)
1c Fresh Spinach (optional)

In a blender (Vitamix recommended), add up to 3 cups of fruit. Blend. Add 1-1/2cups of ice. Blend. Pour into glasses.

My favorite:

1 Banana
1 1/2c ice
