2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
4 eggs
2 T vanilla
4 c all purpose flour
5 cups oats
1 T salt
2 T baking powder
2 T soda
24 oz chocolate chips
1 Hershey Bar, finely ground
3 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a food processor mix flour and oats into a fine powder. Add salt, soda, and baking powder. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients gradually. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar, and walnuts. Roll into golf ball sized balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 375º for 6 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. They will be soft when removed from the oven. Let cool before trying to remove from pan. Makes 80 to 100 cookies.

These cookies were served to various teams after a win. The recipe can be cut down and you can also grind the walnuts in a food processor.
