1 28 oz. can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 7 oz can El Pato tomato sauce (yellow can)
2 to 3 Anaheim chilies diced
1 white onion (diced)
1 bunch cilantro
1 jalapeno - diced
1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
salt to your taste

El Pato (Mexican Hot Sauce) start by using 1/4 of the can
For chunky salsa dice everything up, throw in a bowl and mix. For smoother salsa use a food processor. Add more El Patio for hotter salsa! I usually use 1/2 - 3/4 of the can. We like med- hot salsa. Adjust all ingredient to your own liking! This is so good the next day!!

I make this salsa down at the beach, when we're there for our family vacation with the Cousins!! Come on down and have some . . fun, good eats, & plenty of entertainment!! WE LOVE HAVING FAMILY THERE!!
