2 chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves
36 oz jar alfredo sauce
16 oz cottage cheese
1 container grated parmesan cheese
8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese 1
16 oz lasagna noodles
2 fresh carrots
1 broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken with garlic, add alfredo sauce cook until warm. Cut up veggies, spoon a layer of sauce on the bottom of crock pot add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit crock pot). Top with layer of cottage cheese,veggies and shredded cheese. Repeat with sauce,noodles and cheese until all ingredients are used up.
Add about 1/2 cup of water around the outside edge of lasagna. Cover and cook on low for 4hrs. Serves about 6.
