1 lb. lean hamburger
4 medium zucchini
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
4 cups chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Nonstick cooking spray
Parmesan cheese shredded

In a large skillet cook hamburger until brown; drain off fat. Return hamburger to skillet.
Meanwhile, quarter zucchini lengthwise; cut each quarter crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. Add zucchini to skillet.
In a small bowl combine soup and sour cream; stir into hamburger-zucchini mixture. In a large bowl combine stuffing mix and melted butter.
Lightly coat a 9-in.x 13-in. baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon half of the stuffing mixture into the prepared dish. Spread hamburger-zucchini mixture over stuffing. Spoon remaining stuffing evenly over the top. Cover. Bake at 350º about 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven just until cheese is slightly melted.

Great alternative to stuffed zucchini and my family likes it better! Could be made with pork sausage if you like.
