2 large packages of baby backed spare ribs
1 to 2 bottles of Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 can of ginger ale (Sprite or cola can also be used if you don't have ginger ale)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice ribs into sections and brown in skillet. cover with water and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. take off lid and simmer until almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Cover the ribs with the chili sauce mixed with a1/2 can of ginger ale per bottle. Simmer another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve
