3/4-1 lb. cooked chicken breast-shredded
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3 c. Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Follow package directions for the Minute Rice, substituting the chicken broth for water. (There will be a bit more broth than what it calls for in water, but it helps create the sauce). When rice is prepared, mix in the chicken and cream of chicken soup and heat for about 5 mins. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water, milk, or chicken broth until the consistency is to your taste.
Double for extra helpings!
