1 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 T. minced onion
salt and pepper
1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Mix soup, eggs, mayo, cheese and seasonings. Fold into broccoli and pour into 2 qt. casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
