1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter an cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll into circle about 1/8 - 1/4" thick. Cut into about 12 wedges. Start at wide end and roll to pointed end. Bake at 350º about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 2 minutes and spread with glaze.

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
