2 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tobasco
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oil from one jar of artichokes into skillet and drain other and discard oil. Put chopped artichoke hearts into skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until limp in skillet. Beat eggs, add crumbs and seasonings. Stir remaining ingredients. Pour in greased 7 X 11 pan. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
